At present, the development of distributed energy industry in Europe and the United States is very mature, and the efficient use of energy cascade has achieved remarkable results. There are many advanced experiences that we should draw lessons from.

China's energy development "12th Five-Year" plan puts forward the goal of building 100 new energy demonstration cities based on Distributed Renewable Energy application. The national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the National Energy Administration issued the directive on the development of natural gas distributed energy in 2011. In the market application, the main market of the distributed energy industry is the new industrial park, high-grade residential district, hospital, business circle, high-grade hotel, etc..
