(This report by Zhao Xinwu) On April 10, Yang Qi, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Wuliangye Group, as well as Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Push Group, led a team to Huainan, Anhui Province, to conduct an on-site inspection of the operational status of the Anhui Huainan Zhuji West Low-Concentration Coal-Gas Modular Power Station (referred to as the “Zhuji West Power Station”), which is constructed by Chongqing Push Company for Beijing Hua Mei Noah Technology Co., Ltd.
Yang Qi and his delegation visited the power plant site, gained an understanding of its operational status, and listened to detailed briefings from Zhao Xinwu, Executive Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Pushi Company, and Zhen Long, General Manager of the Zhuji West Branch of Beijing Hua Mei Noah Technology Co., Ltd., on the power plant’s business model and operational performance. Yang Qi fully affirmed the achievements made by Chongqing Pushi Company in its dedicated focus on clean energy generation. Drawing on the current situation of Chongqing Pushi Company, he pointed out that the Zhuji West Power Plant, invested in Zhuji West, Huainan, Anhui Province, is the first market-oriented gas-fired power generation project undertaken by the company. Currently, the four modular unit sets are operating stably, with various performance indicators leading domestically and meeting the initial expectations for product technology R&D and industrialization. First, it is essential to carefully analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the Zhuji West Power Plant’s operational model, identify the major existing problems and shortcomings, promptly collect payments according to the contract terms, effectively manage operational risks, and ensure that this project serves as a benchmark to enhance Chongqing Pushi Company’s visibility in the clean energy generation market. Second, efforts must be accelerated to protect the company’s core products and technologies that embody independent intellectual property rights, thereby safeguarding the added value of the brand and ensuring the company’s sustainable operations. Third, a special conference should be organized to thoroughly summarize the experience gained from the Zhuji West Power Plant project, clearly define Chongqing Pushi Company’s strategic positioning, product direction, business model, and profit model, and speed up the pace of equity diversification, gradually transforming the company from a purely manufacturing enterprise into a manufacturing-service-oriented enterprise.
