PUSH-1500G Gas Generator Set Globally Launched, Making Its Debut at GPOWER 2019

(Reported by Push People’s Daily, Yang Rundai) From April 21 to 22, the 18th China (Shanghai) International Power Equipment and Generator Sets Exhibition (GPOWER 2019) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. During the power exhibition, Wang Kangsheng, Chairman and General Manager of Chongqing Push Machinery Co., Ltd., led a strong delegation from the company to launch the PUSH-1500G gas generator set under the “Push Power” brand for the first time to the world. Zhao Xinwu, Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of the company, accepted an exclusive interview by a reporter from CCTV’s “Jiangxin” program on the theme: “Join hands with Push Power, cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship, and jointly create a green future.” Meanwhile, Lan Jufang, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered an enthusiastic thank-you speech—“Together we march forward through unity and cooperation, offering sincere service forever”—to the domestic and international R&D teams, industry peers, and esteemed guests and clients.

The PUSH-1500G gas turbine unit incorporates advanced international technologies, including Miller timing, bypass valve-controlled power management, high-swirl intake, and intense swirl mixing. The unit delivers a single-machine power output of 1500 kW, with a power generation efficiency of 41.5%. Its NOx emissions are below 500 mg/Nm³, oil consumption is less than 0.3 g/kW·h, and its online power availability exceeds 90%. It can operate effectively at a minimum gas concentration of 7%.

Ten years of sharpening a sword. The Push Power development team, united in purpose and working together with great dedication, boasts the only provincial- and ministerial-level “Chongqing Gas Internal Combustion Engine Engineering” Technology Research Center in western China. This center is staffed by more than 20 experienced gas engine research experts, including senior engineers at the professor level, senior engineers, and engineers. It also has an assembly and testing team of nearly 40 members, comprising senior technicians and technicians, ensuring the high-quality completion of the PUSH-1500G gas generator set.
