The group’s Finance Department will implement unified, dedicated management of the Employee Mutual Aid and Assistance Fund, with its income and expenditure items subject to joint oversight by the group’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department, the Legal Audit Department, and all employees. Employees who suffer work-related disabilities, death, or serious illnesses, or who are affected by major natural disasters, as well as those applying for educational assistance for their children, may apply for relevant financial assistance in accordance with the “Management Measures for the Employee Mutual Aid and Assistance Fund” issued by the group company. On May 10, the company’s Party branch issued a notice to all employees inviting them to participate in a knowledge competition on laws and regulations—including the Military Facilities Protection Law and the National Security Law—organized by the Central Confidentiality Office and the State Secrecy Bureau. The competition takes the form of an online quiz themed “Protecting Military Facilities in Accordance with the Law and Consciously Safeguarding National Security.” As of the competition’s conclusion on May 14, a total of 89 employees from the company had participated, with 73 achieving perfect scores, accounting for 82% of participants. The lowest score was 65 points, and the overall results showed that all participants passed the test. On May 17, the Party branch organized a group of 27 people—including company Party members, mid-level and higher-ranking cadres, and staff in key positions—to visit the Chongqing Tieshanping Base for Integrity and Anti-Corruption Education, where they received education and cautionary lessons. On August 19, the Party branch of Chongpu organized a special meeting on integrity and risk control, bringing together branch committee members, middle- and senior-level management personnel from the company, and staff in key positions such as procurement. Taking “prevention first and early warning paramount” as its guiding principle, the meeting focused on identifying integrity risks, with a core emphasis on restraining and supervising the exercise of power. The meeting aimed to strengthen Party conduct and integrity building as well as anti-corruption efforts by advancing the construction of an integrity-risk prevention and control system from four aspects: ideological and moral education, institutional processes, job responsibilities, and the external environment. The meeting determined that, starting immediately and continuing until mid-September, a comprehensive risk assessment would be completed; from mid-September to mid-October, preventive measures would be implemented for the identified risk points. Inside the activity room, elements such as the Party flag, Party emblem, oath of admission to the Party, and the Push logo are prominently displayed. The interior design is neat and simple, with rich content and striking colors. In addition, the activity room features a bulletin board displaying newspapers such as the Workers’ Daily, the People’s Court Daily, the Procuratorate Daily, and the China Intellectual Property News, along with Party-building books and periodicals. It is also equipped, as required, with a projector, conference tables and chairs, fully meeting the needs of Party building education and training and providing Party members with an excellent venue and learning environment. On December 17, the Party branch of Chongpu held its 2019 annual democratic evaluation meeting for party members in the Party building activity room.
