I. Project Overview

(Four) Project Requirements:

According to the company’s requirements, Providing logistical services, including security, cleaning, dormitories, and a cafeteria.

1. Security Services: Includes, but is not limited to, campus patrols, access control management, emergency response, security training, and risk assessments.

2. Cleaning Services: Daily cleaning and maintenance of office areas, common areas, cafeterias, restrooms, and other facilities; waste removal; and disinfection services during special periods.

3. Dormitory Management: Daily maintenance of employee dormitories, room allocation, facility repairs, environmental hygiene, safety supervision, and enforcement of dormitory rules and regulations.

4. Staff Canteen: Flexibly provides employees with work meals, stir-fried dishes, banquet meals, and custom-made meals in accordance with the Food Safety Law; also offers convenience store services.

( 5) Contract term: Three years from the date of contract signing.

III. Bidder Qualification Requirements

( 1 The bidder shall be a corporate entity registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China that responds to the tender and participates in the bidding competition, and possesses the independent authority to enter into contracts. 。

( 2 ) Must have a valid business license.

( 3 ) No major safety incidents recorded in the past three years, and able to provide excellent service case studies and customer testimonials. 。

( 4 ) We have a well-equipped service team and professional management personnel, enabling us to flexibly allocate resources according to demand. 。

( 5 ) This project does not accept bids submitted by joint ventures. Units whose legal representatives are the same person, or units that have controlling or management relationships with each other, shall not bid for the same lot or for the same procurement project that has not been divided into lots. Otherwise, their bidding qualifications will be deemed invalid.
