　　In response to the call made at the 19th National Congress to “provide comprehensive, full-lifecycle health services for the people” and “promote healthy and civilized lifestyles and prevent and control major diseases,” Chongqing’s Jiulongpo District has taken proactive steps to further implement the requirements related to mass fitness outlined in the “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline and the “Administrative Measures for the Construction of National Demonstration Zones for Comprehensive Chronic Disease Prevention and Control.” As early summer arrives, on May 18, the Jiulong Park Federation of Trade Unions launched the “Ten Thousand Steps Together” health walking event, actively encouraging employees and workers within the park to step out of their offices and leave the park premises to participate in physical fitness activities. The initiative aims to continuously enhance awareness of comprehensive fitness and improve overall health levels, fully showcasing the spiritual civilization and healthy image of the park’s cadres and staff.
 
　　To enhance employee cohesion and sense of pride, and further boost the spirit of teamwork among staff, Chongqing Push actively responded to the call from the Jiulong Park. Employees enthusiastically signed up to participate. Led by union chair Lan Jufang, seven representatives from the company marched confidently and with heads held high toward the competition. On a sweltering summer day, along the shores of Caiyun Lake, each competitor from the 13 participating teams representing companies in the park was fully motivated—sparking an even greater sense of determination and passion among Chongqing Push’s employees. During the 5-kilometer race, thanks to the team’s sincere cooperation and their ability to overcome numerous challenges, they ultimately lived up to expectations and secured a well-deserved third-place finish in the team category.
 
　　Through this “Ten Thousand Steps Together” walking event, not only have employees from the 13 companies enhanced mutual communication and understanding, fostering enduring friendships, but the company’s external publicity and image have also been greatly strengthened, playing a significant role in promoting its business and products.
