　　On the afternoon of September 11, 2013, Chen Xiaoping, Secretary of the Chongqing Push Party Branch, convened a meeting to launch the 2013 “Integrity Culture into Enterprises” publicity month campaign and to mobilize efforts for thoroughly carrying out the Party’s mass line education and practice activities. Attending the meeting were Secretary Chen Xiaoping, Publicity Committee Member Zhao Xinwu, and all party members and middle-level cadres of the company.
　　Ren Zhongming, the discipline inspection committee member of the branch, read out the spirit of two important documents: the Notice on Solidly Carrying Out Several Tasks Related to the Party’s Mass Line Education and Practice Activities (Yi Wu Ji Dang [2013] No. 82) and the Notice on Launching the 2013 Publicity Month Campaign to Promote Integrity Culture in Enterprises (Yi Pu Ji Dang Ji [2013] No. 5). Subsequently, Dai Yingliang, a staff member of the branch, provided a detailed explanation of the activity plan.

Support and administrative departments should engage in thorough communication, ensuring that their work is well-organized and planned—avoiding mere superficial compliance. They should pay close attention to employees’ concerns and ensure smooth channels for upward communication.
　　Zhao Xinwu, the publicity officer of the Party branch, gave instructions on the activities, emphasizing that all relevant personnel in the branch must take these tasks seriously. The key to these activities lies not in quantity but in quality— they should be both educational and impactful. We must closely align our work with the company’s actual situation and carry it out effectively, avoiding mere formalism or empty slogans.
　　Finally, Chen Xiaoping, the Party branch secretary, delivered an important speech and launched an in-depth campaign to practice the Party’s mass line and promote a culture of integrity within the enterprise. He put forward four key requirements: First, we must perform our duties conscientiously, guided by the principle of serving the entire company, and resolutely refuse to become “flies”; second, we should use the Party’s mass-line practice and education activities as an opportunity to examine ourselves—“hold up the mirror,” “adjust our attire,” and “take a thorough bath”—so that we can effectively “treat our illnesses”; third, we must ensure that all tasks are implemented thoroughly through the Party’s mass-line practice and education activities, and strive to improve our work style; fourth, we must widely solicit feedback and identify shortcomings through extensive discussions on the “Four Winds,” and firmly reject formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, and extravagance.
