Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions informed us that Comrade Huang Chunmei from our company’s Machining Division has been awarded the 2014 National “May Day” Labor Medal. The selection process for this Labor Medal began in March of this year and spanned over two months, involving several stages: nomination, preliminary review, local public notice, re-review, and nationwide public notice. Since joining the company, Comrade Huang Chunmei has been diligent and hardworking, diligently studying and mastering technical skills, and constantly striving to enhance her professional competence. Starting from the most basic level, she has remained down-to-earth and led her team to complete nearly 300 process specifications, design more than 80 sets of tooling fixtures, file 10 patent applications, and author two industry papers. She has also previously received recognition from the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.

　　Since joining the company, Comrade Huang Chunmei has been diligent and hardworking, diligently honing her technical skills and striving to enhance her professional competence. Starting from the most basic level, she has remained down-to-earth and led her team to complete nearly 300 process documents, design over 80 sets of tooling fixtures, file 10 patent applications, and author two industry papers. She was honored with the title of Model Worker by the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions in 2013. She currently serves as the Technical Quality Manager of the Machining Division at our company.
 
　　When the company faced institutional reform, she put the greater good ahead of her personal interests and adapted to all changes with unwavering resolve. Only her position changed; what remained constant was the relentless drive and passion characteristic of those born in the 1980s. With a carefree attitude—believing that “at worst, I can always start over” and “who else but me?”—she devoted her energy to tackling technical challenges and led the workshop step by step toward aligning with market demands in terms of equipment integration, technical standards, and service quality, thereby building up reserves of strength for the company and securing a broader market foothold.
 
　　It is precisely this spirit that inspires every employee in the Machining & Processing Division, perfectly embodying the corporate ethos of “rigor, dedication, efficiency, and harmony.” Under the broader context of industrial structural transformation, this spirit has propelled the Machining & Processing Division to successfully undergo its transformation and upgrade, achieving external business revenues exceeding 3 million yuan—and truly putting into practice the saying, “A sword’s sharpness comes from grinding, and the fragrance of plum blossoms arises from enduring bitter cold.”
