In order to implement the spirit of the “Notice on Conducting Integrity and Law-Abiding Education Activities” issued by the Legal Construction Office of Wuliangye Group, comprehensively enhance the company’s overall competitiveness and level of integrity and trustworthiness, further improve the legal competence and law-based management capabilities of the company’s management personnel, and create a favorable rule-of-law environment for the company’s healthy economic development, the Chongqing Push Party Branch took the lead in launching an integrity and law-abiding education campaign in October 2018.
In order to implement the spirit of the “Notice on Conducting Integrity and Law-Abiding Education Activities” issued by the Legal Construction Office of Wuliangye Group, comprehensively enhance the company’s overall competitiveness and level of integrity and trustworthiness, further improve the legal competence and law-based management capabilities of the company’s management personnel, and create a favorable rule-of-law environment for the company’s healthy economic development, In October 2018, the Party branch of Chongqing Push initiated and organized an education campaign on integrity and compliance with the law. Through the company’s newly launched office management platform—the “DingTalk Enterprise Collaboration Office System”—the Party branch encouraged department heads to take the lead in studying relevant laws and regulations closely tied to business operations, including safety production, contract risks, industrial and commercial taxation, intellectual property rights, and labor protection. The Party branch also urged each department to organize its members to implement education and publicity on integrity and compliance with the law, tailored to their specific job responsibilities.
To In mid-to-late October, various departments—whether through on-site guidance, democratic discussions, or centralized study sessions—completing their thematic education activities in distinctive ways and reporting the results to the company’s Party branch. Through this activity, Chongqing Push has placed greater emphasis—from top to bottom—on integrity building and rule-of-law management. Incorporating law-based governance and legal awareness education into its work agenda, the company has established leading groups at every management stage, from procurement and production to sales, thereby fostering the healthy operation and sustainable development of its business going forward.
