In November 2018, to deepen the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, boost internal vitality, fully harness the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of all employees, and promote the company’s healthy and sustainable development, the Zhongpu Party Branch took the lead in organizing the summary and evaluation of the 2018 company-wide competition for excellence and innovation, as well as the annual “Touching Push” Person of the Year selection.
In November 2018, in order to deepen the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to boost internal vitality, fully tap into the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of all employees, and promote the company’s healthy and sustainable development, the Party branch of Zhongpu took the lead in organizing the summary and evaluation of the 2018 company-wide competition for excellence and innovation, as well as the selection of the “Moving Push” Annual Person of the Year. To ensure that employees who have achieved extraordinary results in ordinary positions are recognized fairly, justly, and openly, special leading groups were established separately for the summary and evaluation of the excellence and innovation competition and for the selection of the “Moving Push” Annual Person of the Year. The specific selection criteria for each award category were publicly announced, and the trade union and various departments within the company were instructed to carry out multi-level screening and democratic voting. On November 29, after joint review and public announcement by the company’s Party, government, labor union, and Youth League committees, it was decided to nominate Fan Wei from the Power Division and Yang Rundai from the Technology Center as this year’s “Moving Push” Annual Persons of the Year to be submitted to the Group. Additionally, the Mechanical Assembly Team of the Power Division was recognized as an Advanced Team, and the Zhuji West Project Team was honored as an Outstanding Team. Furthermore, a total of 22 outstanding individuals—including advanced team leaders, excellent managers, outstanding employees, various model workers, and advanced teams—were selected. Among these, 13 individuals—such as Chen Naiwen, Zhao Mengwei, and Zhao Liang—who demonstrated particularly outstanding performance were further recommended for consideration by the Group.
