On December 29, 2018, the Party branch of Chongqing Push held its annual democratic evaluation meeting for party members. Zhao Xinwu, deputy secretary of the Party branch (who is also in charge of daily operations), summarized and commented on the branch’s ideological and political education and training over the past year, highlighting the significance of the democratic evaluation of party members.
On December 29, 2018, the Party branch of Chongqing Push held its annual democratic evaluation meeting for party members. Zhao Xinwu, deputy secretary of the Party branch (who is also acting in the role of secretary), summarized and commented on the branch’s ideological and political education efforts over the past year, highlighting the significance of the democratic evaluation of party members. After each party member had completed their individual annual summary and self-evaluation, everyone proceeded to conduct mutual evaluations of one another. The organization and publicity committee then compiled and summarized all the self-evaluations and peer evaluations, and subsequently communicated the results to the entire branch.
Open and candid democratic discussions enabled all the Party members present to recognize their own shortcomings. Everyone expressed willingness to accept criticism and pledged to address these shortcomings and strive for continuous improvement in the coming year. Finally, the regular Party members present who had voting rights conducted an annual evaluation of the company’s Party organization through a secret ballot, thereby determining: In 2018, Li Pei was recognized as an Outstanding Party Affairs Worker and Qin Liheng was recognized as an Outstanding Party Member within the company’s Party branch.
